Hi at the end of the day does it really matter in getting in touch with them, just throw the mascara away and dont buy from them again, its a waste of your time and theres, I havent been satisfied with loads of make up products but I dont go complaining its just the way its is,


Whats the point in trying to get something free from the company that you have bought one product form and it was rubbish ?
If you sign up to the site you can rate the product.


i doubt you'd be able to return it because of hygene but the store where you bought it would probably be able to give you rimmels contact details
