I bought the Rimmel Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer today and was wondering a little bit about it.
I feel like the sharpener will not work that well, but I was really wondering about another thing. On one side is the eye liner and the other side I am guessing is the eye definer??
Do I put the eye liner on first or the eye definer? Can someone help me a little bit?

heey, sorry to say this you have wasted your money
i have this mascara and it is really bad
you dont use a sharpeneer you twist it up
the bit at the end is a smudger
