GNC has ';Hair and Nail Vitamins';. I have used them and they really work well. Barring that, you can take Vitamin B7 (aka Vitamin H, aka Biotin). This is the primary ingredient in their pills.Has anyone got a good cure for split finger nails, i have tried nail rescue from Rimmel which was useless?
