They probably won't make a waterproof eyepencil. In my experience, waterproof liner is usually liquid eyeliner. I do know however, that I've had good experiences with Rimmel products in the past. Good luck!

Does the brand Rimmel have a waterproof eyeliner?
I recently bought the Exaggerate Colour Automatic Eye Pencil but it's not waterproof... does anyone know if they make it waterproof??Does the brand Rimmel have a waterproof eyeliner?
